# 23 - Toasty

Gone are the days of the toasting fork and the open fire.
Dad and I used to have toast and dripping (with salt) for supper on a Sunday evening, eons ago.
It was delicious then and considered a total taboo now, I don't think it did me any harm.

Really nice toaster! I can't ever seem to find one that does a perfect job of toasting... I have bad luck I suppose. I've not had dripping, either.

That looks like a posh toaster, Chris. Very smart.
I never had dripping on toast, but Kev did and loved it.

Sounds delicious making toast on the open fire. I have always enjoyed toast; make it in the toaster oven now.

I must say you have some very space age looking appliances. Too bad about the taboo. Cool shot by the way.

I must be showing my American ignorance, but I've never heard of toast and drippings. Not sure if I like the sound of it if it has salt! :(
Love your beautiful toaster Chris! Very stylish! :)

Bread and dripping! Yummy. We used to have it too, never did us any harm either, but then we didn't have KFC, McDonald's or ready meals........
