First, make a batter by mixing 140 g plain flour with 2 beaten eggs, 175 ml milk and a pinch of salt. Let this stand.
Put pork sausages in a greased dish and bake in a 200° oven for 20 minutes, until nicely browned. Now pour in the batter
and cook for another 25-30 minutes, until golden and risen. Serve with some green veggies and gravy.
