This doesn’t really need a recipe, does it! I made oven chips for this – peel and cut potatoes into chips,
parboil for 5 minutes, drain and tip onto an oiled pan, turning to coat well with the oil. Season with salt,
a pinch of paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper and bung into a 200°C oven for 30 minutes, turning once or twice,
until golden and crispy. Meanwhile, fry slices of ham in a little oil, together with an egg per person.
