Costa del Silencio – once an area of peace and tranquility, it has become popular as one of the first purpose-built holiday resorts, with housing estates,
hotels, bars and restaurants. There is no beach in the resort, though, and most tourists travel a short distance to the neighbouring town of Las Galletas.
There is, however, this curious fountain with figures that bob up and down and turn around!
