Behind the tent is part of a Catalina, an amphibious aircraft, otherwise known as a flying boat.
Produced by Consolidated Aircraft in the 1930s and 1940s and widely used during World War II,
serving airforces in many nations. Now, some 80 years after its first flight, Catalinas continue
to fly as waterbombers (or airtankers) in aerial firefighting operations all over the world.
