Yes, I know most folk call it Spag Bol – Spaghetti Bolognese – but not in our family! I'm not going to give a recipe for this,
either – there are thousands on the Intenet! Choose the one you like – we like to have ours with grated strong cheddar
rather than the more customary parmesan. (My wife cooked this, incidentally – we share the cooking, very egalitarian!)
