Small village, typical of the area, where we had an excellent lunch of country sausage and the speciality of the region - aligot,
a sumptuous dish of mashed potato blended with Tomme cheese and garlic, reputedly prepared in vast cauldrons
by men armed with large wooden paddles and even larger biceps.
