Makeshift "Pledge To End Wage Theft" petition is signed by SF supervisors before the historic, landmark vote. Wage theft ordinance and the enforcement of the minimum wage law ($9.92 per hour) passes overwhelmingly with a unanimous vote of 11-0 on Tuesday, August 2, 2011.
