I have heard of beach front homes but not Highway front homes. This camp was once on pillings over the bayou next to US hwy 11. It is now on the ground and next to the road. Three to four more homes are now on the other side of the road from where they were orginally. Katina was very strong and did alot of damage along hwy 11 in Slidell LA.
