The young chicks are taking over in the Bayou Sauvage National Wildlife Refuge. These chicks are found by the railroad tracks near what was the recovery dump site. The area is over run with young birds.

I'd love to test my 75-300mm lens there, or better yet,, your 400mm lens! Aww come on,, you know I'm gona tease you until I get one, right? I have a confession to make, I ran the train traffic signal on Jefferson hwy at the parish line.. Well I wasn't totally my fault, everyone was doing it??!! So I thought the signal light was malfunctioning until I heard hhhhhhooooonnnnnnnnnnkkkkkkkk! Then the hair on the back of my neck went wooo woo wooo! You know, people these days just have no patience.
