Lake Superior has a huge effect on the weather of northeastern Minnesota. This summer was apparently one of the wettest years on record. Many of the days were foggy, cloudy, and rainy. I had to just learn to work with it. In this case, hiking to the many falls along the North Shore Drive and again putting camera at risk. Fortunately, the camera came through OK.
