Randy and I like to take a break from the house. So for fun, we like to hold our own Chopped competitions: who can take odd ingredients and turn them into a gourmet meal. Randy found pork steaks and the goal was to make them into a bbq rib theme. Big surprise that the meat master won this one...this time. He's rubbing it in because I won the last one.
