Madonna, Nia, and I went to a fall festival at the local college's arboretum. They were selling the cutest, best-tasting, little tomatoes called Tom Toms. I wondered what to do with them besides eat them. Then it occurred to me, a Caprese salad. Tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cut into the same size as the tomatoes, pieces of fresh basil, garlic, drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper. Voila!
