Hey Smack, Welcome back. I shot this with my 70-200 vr lens (I think) with a flash. I just watched his flying pattern and he would stop for a second or 2 in front of me and I waited and finally got a decent shot. I used AF and of course the AFS lens helped. FAst...Af.
