We picked up the boat at Upton on Severn about 2pm. After a quick one hours tution we were on our way down the river Severn towards Tweksbury. Here we steered into our first lock of the week and onwards up the River Avon we went. We stopped for the night just downstream of Eckington Bridge (Above) and had a celibratory meal in the Bell Inn.
