When I moved out of the car park at Breaside Park in south-eastern Melbourne I noticed that something was moving slowly on the road in front of me. I stopped and I saw it was a Goanna. An amazing creature from prehistoric days was looking at me and I approached it carefully, with all my respect for these kind of creatures. As I'm not used to be confronted with these kind of prehistoric reptiles I was even more aware of our little meeting on the hard site of the road.
