In the town where I live now
almost two/third of the shops have become empty
It is a big change to the high street
and the way people are shopping now.
The city has become a ghost town

Such a change is difficult to witness in any town. Good choice for a picture of change.

This happens everywhere. We can't stop online shopping, it's too convenient. We need more housing, so perhaps we should adapt these shops into affordable houses.
