Pitaya

or dragon fruit

Recipe
Cut the dragonfruit into quarters lengthways and remove the skin.
Cut the flesh into 2 cm thick slices.
Sprinkle with the sugar and lime juice. Toss gently with your hands.
Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavours to develop.
Combine with mango or pineapple.

I've seen these in Europe but don't think I've ever tried one. Sounds yummy when combined with mango or p'apple!
