built 1944 of ferroconcrete,the 51m high tower,consistng of some 11 storeys,
is part of the skyline in the Augarten.It´s one of six still standing in Vienna.
My mother used to seek shelter there during the last days of war
and when i was a kid, we used to play there,even managing to get inside.
