Sunny is the caretaker at Flagg Mountain. He is a very interesting person. He has written books and poetry and books have been written about him. He has also hiked over 34,000 miles which includes through hikes of the Appalachain Trail, Pacific Coast Trail, Continental Divide Trail, and many others. Last year he took a leave of absence from his duties and Flagg Mountain to hike the entirety of Route 66.
