Our friends gave us some lovely peaches from their garden… yummy!. Of course it was way too much to eat before they got bad…. so…. Here’s my alternative, right out of the oven. I know there are so many recipes; maybe I’ll have to try another. Thanks go out to Dougie and Silke. I’ll have to wait for it to cool… :O)
