I didn't see the name of this drill, but the participants would start running from where the yellow flag is on the left, then turn around and try to catch the ball as someone throws it to them.
I like how this guy got all decked out for the event!
Those bolsters were necessary because most of the runners fell right over whether catching the ball of missing it.
I was afraid that photographer was going to ruin my shot, but he stopped short.
