Rainbow Row is a series of 13 brightly-colored houses along East Bay Street on the Charleston Harbor. In the 18th century, these homes were shops and businesses on the lower level with living quarters above.
There are now city ordinances to keep the houses painted in pastel colors.
While I was looking forward to seeing these houses and getting a photo of them, the row of cars parked in front was disappointing but I imagine they are always there.
