This wasn't there the other day when I walked by this bench on the greenbelt. Some enterprising person decided to help out. It doesn't look like something the city would have done.

Nice of them to do this. Probably a good idea to disinfect the bench once in a while. Almost all benches here have police tape on them to keep people from sitting on them.
