In this image, you can see that the Blarney Stone is at the very top where you see 2 lines on the
tower rim. If you look closely, you can see someone's head in the opening where the stone is. (See previous image where my head is in that opening.)
It's above the highest window. There is one slat across the opening to keep you from falling to the ground I guess. :-)
