Thanks to pbaser, Steve Flynn, I now know this is the Loch Sloy hydro-electric power plant.
That loch is in a glen above the feeding tubes.

This is the Loch Sloy hydro electric power plant. My father worked on its construction. Loch Sloy is in the glen above Loch Lomond just beyond the visible feed pipes.
