Part of the Venice Beach Art Wall Project

This is one of the cone structures and walls that are part of the Venice Beach Art Walls.
People are allowed to get a permit to paint on the walls on Saturday and Sunday. The last painted image is displayed all week until someone paints a new scene. So this one may already be gone.
