Trevi Fountain Under Repair

Rome, Italy

Scaffolding was very prevalent in Rome 2015. I was amazed at this mob taking pictures of the fountain covered in scaffolding and of course it was dry as well. So, I took a picture of them! The fountain re-opened shortly after we returned home.

What a crowd now. And fenced off for repairs. Shame you had to catch it in thisg state.

The white structure is beautiful in that light, and the sight of the crowd photographing the empty fountain is fascinating. I guess they can show folks back home that they were really there! V.
