Little Bitsy is a 12 year-old female Chihuahua found as a stray and never claimed. She is shy but warms up once she gets to know you. Physically, she is healthy for her age but has bad knees and is a little fragile. She would be perfect for a retired or homebound person. Bitsy is temporarily living in a foster home.
