The Dreamer

This is a candid shot... a scene I stumbled upon. I had posted a draw version of this image yesterday, but today with a little post-processing work, the straight-up version works very well. The fill-flash really made a difference.

Wonderful capture. I think it would be an especially suitable subject for the old master painters (as well as the 'young master photographer', such as yourself :o) ) My preference is for the rich saturated colours of the unprocessed image. Beautiful exposure and detail throughout, LC.

on the nice days, it's easy to see how they can do what they do in Williamsburg . . .but on these hot muggy days (or rainy ones like today) I wonder HOW they manage!
