Eye on the Ball

A once loved softball. Grass couldn't grow in our backyard when the boy's were young and our fence carried the scars... this old ball has seen a lot of bats.

Great macro -- I love the tight, curving shot of the stitches; you can even see the texture of the leather. Nice lighting, too.
