Annual Christopsomo Bake-off

(Day 74) Ah, the weekend before Christmas: a concert to attend, a Christmas party at our house this evening and yesterday was our annual Christopsomo Bake-off. If you've never had Christopsomo, it's a wonderful breakfast bread with just a hint of anise and so yummy toasted. The annual Christopsomo Bake-off has been a tradition in our household since our days of college and we could not serve Christmas breakfast without a loaf or two. Besides our consumption, we also give this bread away to neighbors and friends.
