Nabbed
(11.21.04)

What a bold thing to do, walk up to inches from a shop window and start clicking away with the camera. Mercy, what is happening to me and I used to be so reserved? I do think it fun watching folks shop. Probably why you opened this thumb, right? 'What will he buy? Maybe I should buy it?'

What you're looking in on is the Wythe Candy and Gourmet Shop and there isn't a bad choice anywhere in the shop; scrumptuous candy is made as you watch. This gent is helping himself to some free samples.

Part of this exercise was to see how this camera would do at a higher ISO... at 400 ISO the shot above wasn't too bad, but anything over a 1/4 sec shutter speed, yuk.

Nikon Coolpix 5700
1/8s f/6.0 at 18.8mm iso400 full exif

I just love outside looking in window shots, and these are gorgeous, oh how I wish I could see it in person, but, since I can't, this will do, thanx for sharing, I love the link below this shot also, gorgeous.

You captured the essence of being outside looking in. Very nice lighting on both.. I love the bottom one where they are walking out of the shop and I love this one for its voyeuristic quality.
I've become bolder too, to my shock and surprise. I still get that tingle of fear though..lol

I imagine an old street in London ! It's beautiful

You voyuer. :)

The window makes a great frame for this photo. And yes, it does stimulate my curiosity. And hunger. I think I'd run amok in a candy store. :)

I like the sharpness of the wood frame and the scene inside. Very good!
