Yes I remember her I worked in maintenance and then crew chief on the command helicopter in 1969. She was a very nice lovely lady.

I remember Miss Lan because I was assistant NCOIC of maintenance for about 5 months before I became the crew chief on the commander's helicopter so I was a frequent visitor to the parts department. She was a very nice lovely lady. I had no idea she was associated with one of the civilian ,LSI, mechanics. I am so sorry to hear she had to give you up but happy to know you are alive and well. In the photo of unit members on this site I am the middle one in the front row. Best of luck in the future. Karl

Was this taken in Chu Lai airbase? Is this the lady that had a baby in late 1068 with an LSI helicopter engineer?
Thanks for any information you have. I am that baby and my mother was called Lan but I have never met her since she gave me away at a few months old.
