Zippy's 1st Picture

The Lost Miner
Most people bring home knick-knacks and other memorabilia from their vacations. Not me I've got to bring home a permanent resident. This little girl was found at a mine in North Carolina (actually she was on the motor of a worker's truck late at night when he was leaving to come home. Some how she became mine, and I'm still not totally sure how that happened, but I've got her and I'm gonna keep her. I've not really named her yet because every name I think of I like about 10 minutes. I'm open to suggestions.
Thank you all so much for your comments on my pictures and for your kind messages while I was away. I'm sure glad to be home and will catch up with everybody in a few days.

LOL I couldn't figure out how my name was coming up from replies made by Nanc. UH Dah, I'm still logged in on her computer. LOL
This was her first picture taken in the motel on the road home.

It's great to see you back again, Char. What a fine addition to your family you brought back with you. And what a super picture of her and her ghostly past. I see mischief brewing between those ears. That might work for a name. Missy, for short. Of course if she were mine she'd be called Kitty. I save my imagination for my pictures!
Sheila08-Jul-2007 01:30
