The Holding Bush

This bush is close to the feeders and is like a holding tank for the birds that can't get
on the feeders. They dive in and out of it all day. Many are burrowed inside the bush sometimes
a whole flock flies out at once.
Out of almost a hundred shots this is the only one I captured
of one coming up out of it, like a Porpoise rising up out of water.
They're interesting to watch.
The two in the middle are watching the feeder for a spot to open up for them.

Good shot of the action Char. We have a similar situation with more than a dozen House Sparrows darting in and out of our little evergreen shrubs.

That's a lot of photos to get the perfect one but worth the effort, Char. BV

Amazing how a whole flock can disappear in a bush like that.
