this is turning out to be a great gallery....I know you were not pleased with the nuts, but IMO, you found a way to really make them stand on thier own...and this is great in bw...

I don't recall seeing food portrayed so artistically, so vividly and in B&W situation, so effectively.

Thanks for the link. I would never have found this without it.

You have some good looking fruits and vegetables.

I took a stroll through them all. Interesting. There are quite a few black on white and white on black. I like Betsy's color. Without seeing Betsy's I had wondered if maybe there was a rule. The backgrounds are usually bare too.. no supporting cast. For instance I have a photo of those big white radishes taken at a market, and they are surrounded by their beddding in some kind of fiberous brown material. Oh well, as usual I am off on a tangent.
