Thanx for posting these, Carolyn ... I leave for St Petersburg tomorrow but sans camera (business trip). Nonetheless, your photos have given me a flavor of the city. Your many galleries are worth some return trips by me as time permits and I've thus added you to my list of favorites ... big vote on this gallery.

I love this city, I was burn in Russia but many years since last visit of St. Petersburg.
Images are very good; however you might need better lens than 17-85mm.
