It is fun to buy spices in Egypt. The Aswan Bazaar is very colorful, but you have to be carefull about quality getting what you pay for.
Sometimes the spices are not what you think !
The yellow in the foreground is curry, and the vivid blue next to it is indigo, the same dye used for denim.
