"Fire it Up! The Barbecue Class is the third cooking class taught by Anna Webster in her monthly series Cooking With Anna. 

The menu included: Bacon-wrapped Pepperjack Cheese Stuffed Shrimp with Spicy Barbecue Sauce; Magic Rub Beer Can Chicken; Fall-off-the-bone Pork Ribs Coca Cola Barbecue Sauce; Marinated Grilled Whole Red Snapper; Grilled Vegetables with Lime-Cilantro Butter; Grilled Pineapple with Vanilla Ice Cream and Rum Sauce.

I hope that Anne Webster will see this. We are old friends from Colorado and have been trying to locate her and Tim for the past year or so. If Anna reads this, Tommy and Kay Lux say Hello friends and long time, no see! Give us a call sometime or send an email. Luv and miss you both!!
