Mainly China, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Laos but also from some other places

In this style of brewing, I use around 5g of tea in a tiny pot (maybe 100ml) just brewed for around 20 secs initially. Done properly, the results can be full of wonderful aroma, flavours, mouthfeel as well as the way certain good teas can alter and enhance the way we feel
