Ruins at Cillium

I finally came across some ruins in Cillium that looked like a building. There was a plaque on the ruins. I couldn't make anything of it except that it was Byzantine in origin. But there was something stately about this structure. The pink-tinged clouds formed lines that converged just above the plaque, as if pointing to the commemorative plaque, letting me know that this building meant something important to people from a time long ago in the past.
