The troglodyte village of Chenini which dates back at least 800 years, is one of the most intriguing and breathtakingly beautiful Berber villages I had ever come across. The fascinating cave dwellings and conspicuosly white mosque that cling on to the steep mountainside, coupled with the amazing views of the rugged, desolate mountains produce some of the most fascinating and rewarding experiences for any visitor. Nothing is short of dramatic here in Chenini.
