Once a staple of the british working class families for its cheap and tasty fare, the only place you can now eat this meal in Britain is on Spain's tourist costas . Here, mostly ex-pat englishmen proudly display Liver & onions on their english pub menus and judging by the clientelle, it certainly appeals to a particular stereotype.
Perhaps Darwin's research was done at the top of the normal curve?
