Not a good idea to get down close to the track with an oncoming train !!!

If you had got right down low on the track and used portrait mode to take in just the track an train this would have had a greater impact....

Love ther perspective. Agree with Gary - although I would suggest cropping off the building. I like the way the red signals on the right tie in to the oncoming train.

I like this POV and the idea but I think Gary's probably right and dropping off the sides will pull you down into the picture more?

Good vanishing point shot. I'd be tempted to crop out either the signal or the shed as I find either crop improves the composition. Cover each in turn with your hand to see if you agree.

Good capture, Bill! The perspective is great and the image really comes alive with the train's light.
