Two of my daughter's favorite companions, particularly Sox. He's a really cool, lanky, floppy terrycloth cat I found at the Old Texas Inn - http://www.oldtexasinn.com - in Fort Davis, Texas. Of course, right now Emily sports some Mardi Gras beads... :-)

The cat is Siamese, not my son.

Great shot. My son has a cat close to that color named Sox, but he is Siamese, not a Texan.
