Buoys marking swimming area. During winter lake is drawn down several feet so these are fully in the water come spring and summer.

Actually it looks ok but if you feel it's not a 100% then maybe a bit less yellow..But I would leave it as is..

I like the colour, however you could take a sample of the sand flood fill with this colour a new layer, set blending mode to colour then invert this layer this will give you the exact opposite colour and you may like to mask out the sand but leave a low oppacity of this colour in the water and sky, whichever looks best. But the colour looks good to me.
