C1 3.7 conversion - increased contrast, saturation, adjusted levels, minor sharpen. To Photoshop where I selected the sky and boosted the color; overall USM 20%,70px,0 threshold to increase local contrast; selected forground and applied USM of 60%,.04px,0 threshold; selected background mountains and applied gaussian blur to add depth. Smudge tool on the clouds so they don't look so stark after sharpening.
