Well if you can't adjust the contrast to make it look more true to life, you could play around with it a bit more and it could be a postcard from the 1950's or something. I like old postcards. Welcome to the group!

Nice shot and great subject too but the colour looks washed out a little, as Gary said - maybe play with the contrast a little...

Nice shot as I( haven't seen a funicolure (sp) in years. Reminds me of holidays spent in Italy many years ago. Looks like it would benefit from adjusting the contrast though.
