Honestly, I don't know how to retrieve the EXIF data (an area of ignorance). I don't have the original file on the card, but do have it on my computer. All I can seem to get is the dimensions, date and time the shot was taken, and camera used. That said, this is what I used - an inexpensive (about $120) Sigma 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 (non-APO) lens set to macro at 300mm, with a Nikon 6T close up lens attachment (needed to use 58-62mm step-up ring). Camera mounted on a tripod (of course; single most important thing for good shots). Settings (best guess) - f32 at about 1/20 second, probably at ISO 200. Taken in diffused sunlight. I could get a better shot if I picked the flower, but it was in public gardens. Claude

sorry claude but you should put the exif info outherwise this picture means little, please include the lense too. None the less it is very striking. It is hard to appreciate good work when you dont know the specifics.

Beautiful shot. Would love to know what lens you used
and what the settings were.
